New York's Peninsula Hospital Undergoes Leadership Change

Todd Miller has been named CEO and chief restructuring officer of Peninsula Hospital in Far Rockaway, N.Y., according to a New York Daily News report.

Mr. Miller replaces former CEO Robert Levine, who resigned last week amid sharp criticisms and accusations of trying to speed up the closure process of the financially strapped hospital.

Brooklyn-based Revival Home Health Care will operate Peninsula Hospital and has extended an $8 million line of credit to the hospital to keep it open. The struggling hospital is reportedly $60 million in debt and will file for bankruptcy as part of its plans for restructuring, which are being led by Revival.
