Nebraska Medicine appoints interim CEO

Omaha-based Nebraska Medicine has named Rosanna Morris, RN, interim CEO of the system.

Ms. Morris has been with the organization for seven years, including serving as CNO and COO of the Nebraska Medical Center campus in Omaha.

In this role, Ms. Morris becomes the first female Hispanic CEO of a major health system in the region, as well as the first nurse to serve as CEO of Nebraska Medicine or any of its affiliated partners.

Ms. Morris replaces Bill Dinsmoor, who retired March 3.
