Topeka, Kan.-based Stormont Vail Health has named Aaron Wootton vice president of IT and CIO, effective Feb. 23.
In this role, Mr. Wootton will oversee all information systems operations across the health system.
Mr. Wootton has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology, according to a Feb. 12 news release. He most recently served as chief digital officer of Huntzinger Management Group, a national healthcare IT advisory and consulting firm.
