Here are four things to know.
1. Most recently, Ms. Tate served as director of finance at HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
2. At St. Elizabeth’s, she oversaw the re-launch of cost accounting software and played a key role in the development of a $300 million hospital.
3. Her prior roles include serving as CFO and interim CEO at Walter Knox Memorial Hospital in Emmett, Idaho, and controller at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Ontario, Ore.
4. Ms. Tate succeeds Dean Marketti, who retired.
