Most recently, Mr. Mudd served Rochester (N.Y.) Regional Health as COO of service lines, according to a Sept. 15 news release. He previously served as COO of two hospitals for Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
Mr. Mudd began his new role Sept. 12, the release said.
