Medical City Healthcare appoints Dr. Chad Brands VP of graduate medical education: 3 points

Irving, Texas-based Medical City Healthcare hired pediatric physician Chad Brands, MD, to serve as vice president of graduate medical education.

1. In the newly created role, Dr. Brands will expand and develop residency training opportunities within the graduate medical education division.

2. Most recently, he served as vice president and medical director of clinical integration at Children’s Health in Dallas.

2. Prior to that, he was founding director of the graduate medical education program at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla.
