Matthew R. Shahan. CEO of West River Health Services (Hettinger, N.D.). Mr. Shahan oversees the 20-bed West River Health Services hospital, West River Health Services Foundation and Western Horizons Living Center. He assumed the CEO role in April 2016 after serving as director of IT, clinic administrator and the head of strategic planning at Glendive (Mont.) Medical Center, where he oversaw the hospital’s EMR implementation. He also spent two years in the information systems department at West River Health Services early in his career.
