Jim Paradis has been appointed president of Riddle Hospital in Media, Pa., part of Radnor, Pa.-based Main Line Health.
Mr. Paradis has spent more than 20 years with Main Line Health, most recently serving as the system’s first chief transformation officer, according to an Oct. 3 system news release. In that role, he led the transformation management office and helped implement the system’s Transformation 2035 initiative.
He previously served as president of Paoli (Pa.) Hospital for 12 years and held leadership roles at Riddle Hospital, Paoli Hospital and Bryn Mawr (Pa.) Hospital, including vice president of administration and operations.
Mr. Paradis succeeds Shelly Buck, DNP, RN, who led Riddle Hospital for six years and will become president of ambulatory and professional services.
Main Line Health includes five hospitals, six health centers and over 150 medical practice locations.
