Currently, Ms. Lemons serves as COO of St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Mr. Pratt currently serves as CFO of St. Thomas Hickman Hospital in Centerville, Tenn., and CFO of joint ventures for Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health.

In January, the board of trustees unanimously decided to terminate LCHS’ 29-year management contract with Quorum Health Resources. The board is now entering into an agreement with Birmingham, Ala.-based Wheless Partners to begin recruiting for a permanent CEO and CFO.

LCHS is also entering into a strategic alliance with St. Thomas Health.

“At Lincoln County Health System, we’re committed to providing the latest advances in medicine in an environment of care and compassion,” said Anthony Taylor, LCHS board chairman. “In looking for a partner to expand our mission, we found that Saint Thomas Health shared our passion for both innovation and service. They understood and respected our need to remain an independent system while realizing the benefits of a partnership with a regional system.”
