Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health named two vice presidents to new roles, effective immediately.
Here are six points:
1. Michael Grooms is LifePoint Health's new vice president and chief accounting officer.
2. Mr. Grooms was previously vice president of accounting and financial reporting.
3. In his expanded role, Mr. Grooms will oversee LifePoint's accounting department and financial reporting functions.
4. LifePoint tapped Kevin Manis to serve as senior vice president of audit and enterprise risk services.
5. He most recently served as vice president of audit services.
6. Mr. Manis will also continue to serve as co-chair of LifePoint's enterprise risk management steering committee.
