The nonprofit hospital has more than 225 medical staff members and reports revenue of around $238 million annually. During her tenure at Beaver Dam, Ms. Miller has transformed the culture and implemented a strategic vision for future growth. She has experience as chair of the Vizient Upper Midwest Region Board and has sat on the ACHE Journal of Healthcare Management editorial board.
