Doug McMillan. CEO of Cody (Wyo.) Regional Health. Mr. McMillan has been the CEO of Cody Regional Health for more than 20 years, overseeing critical access hospital with more than $100 million in annual net revenue. The medical staff exceeds 58 physicians and includes a neurosurgeon, orthopedic surgeons and a cardiologist. Throughout his tenure, Mr. McMillan has grown the hospital considerably and through a joint venture with Billings (Mont.) Clinic, West Park Hospital became the first critical access hospital to have a cath lab. Prior to joining Cody Regional, Mr. McMillian was CEO of Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, Mont.
