Kaiser appoints new chief information and technology officer

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente has appointed Neil Cowles as its new chief information and technology officer, effective immediately.

In this role, Mr. Cowles will lead the organization’s information and technology operations, including the development, integration and deployment of technology. He will report to Yazdi Bagli, executive vice president of information technology and enterprise business services.

Mr. Cowles has served as Kaiser Permanente’s chief technology officer since June 2024, according to an April 24 news release.
