Joseph Gordy. President and CEO of Flagler Hospital (St. Augustine, Fla.). Mr. Gordy has been on the executive team at FlaglerHospital for more than 35 years. During that time, Mr. Gordy has helped lead the hospital through change, recently partnering with more than 200 physicians to form the First Coast Health Alliance, a physician-hospital organization aiming to reduce cost and improve quality. Additionally, Mr. Gordy helped FlaglerHospital form regional affiliations with Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health and Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick this year.
