John Faulstich. CFO of UAB Health System (Birmingham, Ala.)
Mr. Faulstich joined UAB Health System, a seven-hospital system, in April 2009. Before then, he served as vice president of finance and CFO of Cleveland-based Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System. In 1999, while at Sisters Charity of St. Augustine Health System, Mr. Faulstich spurred a 50-50 joint operating venture with University Hospitals and Health Systems of Cleveland.
