Joe Guarracino. Senior Vice President and CFO of White Plains (N.Y.) Hospital. Mr. Guarracino assumed his current role in January. As CFO, he oversees the financial operations of White PlainsHospital, as well as its 12 satellite facilities, including two multispecialty centers. Although new to White PlainsHospital, Mr. Guarracino is not new to healthcare finance — he has more than 25 years experience in the industry.
