In this role, Mr. Hill is responsible for leading the integration of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and practices to ensure excellence in education, research and patient care.
Jefferson is made up of Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson University Hospitals, Jefferson Physicians and the university’s innovation and philanthropy arms.
Mr. Hill joins Jefferson from Froedtert Health, the clinical arm of the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where he developed a diversity and inclusion program. Under his leadership, Froedtert’s diversity and inclusion team was nationally recognized for supplier diversity and healthcare equality.
