Here are four points:
1. Most recently, Mr. Langkilde served as executive director of development and community relations at Mesa Community College.
2. He succeeds John Ferree, HonorHealth’s senior vice president, who is taking on the roles of HonorHealth CEO special advisor as well as HonorHealth Foundation president emeritus.
3. In his new role, Mr. Langkilde will lead the foundation, HonorHealth’s philanthropic and fundraising arm.
4. HonorHealth includes five hospitals in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Ariz., a specialty surgery hospital and a medical group, among other entities.
