Wyatt Brieser has been named CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital, a critical access hospital in Geneseo, Ill.

Mr. Brieser joined the hospital in 2009 as a rehabilitation technician and later held roles including director of ancillary services and, most recently, vice president of operations, according to a July 2 hospital news release.

During his tenure, he has helped recruit physicians and develop service lines such as pain management and neurology. He managed the hospital’s long-term care living center during the COVID-19 pandemic and oversaw a $1 million laboratory remodel in 2023, the release said.

Mr. Brieser succeeds Bradley Solberg, who was named interim CEO in February. Mr. Solberg previously served as CEO from 2001 to 2014 and stepped in after CFO Jodie Criswell was appointed interim CEO in December following the departure of Dave Smith.
