Mr. Miller previously was market vice president of finance/CFO at CHI St. Luke’s Health-Memorial Lufkin (Texas). He has also served as CFO of Integris Health System in Oklahoma City, Okla.
He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Mr. Miller holds an MBA from Norwood University in Midland, Mich.
