Ms. Tinch will also serve as administrator of Inova’s musculoskeletal service line.
She most recently was COO of Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Va. Previously, she was COO at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, Va., and associate COO at Brandon Regional Hospital in Tampa, Fla.
Ms. Tinch holds a master’s degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
