Jon Duckert
Jon Duckert joined Baylor Medical Center at Uptown – a 24 bed physician-owned joint venture surgical hospital – as Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer in 2013. As a member of the executive management team, Jon’s responsibilities include revenue cycle, IT, HIM, supply chain operations, and human resources. Prior to joining Baylor Medical Center at Uptown, Jon played a key role in managing one of the busiest pediatric emergency services in the country while leading cost containment and revenue enhancement efforts. Duckert’s experience also includes significant leadership positions at VA North Texas Healthcare System.
A graduate of both the University of Texas at Austin and Trinity University, Jon holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration, serves as a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and is a member in the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
