Mr. Chadwick has more than 30 years of healthcare finance leadership experience. Most recently, Mr. Chadwick served as executive vice president and CFO of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C, a position he held for five years. He also previously served as vice president and CFO of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.

Mr. Chadwick is also an adjunct faculty member of the Wake Forest University School of Business in Winston-Salem, N.C.
