Ms. Willwerth succeeds Bob Moore, who served as CEO of Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center as well as its sister hospital, Lancaster (Pa.) Regional Medical Center. Mr. Moore departed from his role in December 2014.
Since Mr. Moore’s departure, Ms. Willwerth has been leading the hospital as administrator, a role she has held since 2013. Russel Baxley was appointed to the head of Lancaster Regional Medical Center.
