Ms. LaPlante has worked at the hospital for the last 10 years, and she most recently served as interim chief administrative officer. Prior to that, she was COO of the hospital.
She previously served as chief quality officer and compliance officer for Southwest Memorial Hospital in Cortez, Colo., for eight years, and she was a manager of a hospital-based home health agency in Moab, Utah.
She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Snohomish County Leadership Council for the American Cancer Society.
