Kim LaFontana has been appointed chief product officer. Ms. LaFontana brings more than 16 years of experience to her new role. Before joining Docent Health, she served in various senior positions at Watertown, Mass.-based athenahealth and The Advisory Board Company located in Washington, D.C.
Docent Health has dubbed Andrew Park chief technology officer. Mr. Park was previously vice president of engineering at Lexington, Mass.-based N-of-One, a life sciences services company.
In his new role as vice president of transformation, Geoff McHugh will work toward improving client relations and retention. Mr. McHugh held various leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company before joining Docent Health.
Monna Nanavati has been named chief service delivery officer. Ms. Nanavati, who has more than a decade of healthcare experience, formerly served as athenahealth’s vice president of product management.
