Mr. Fadale currently serves as president of operations for the Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, N.Y. Prior to his position at Noyes Memorial, he held management positions at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Ill., and Warren (Pa.) General Hospital.
