CommonSpirit seeks 1st talent management SVP

Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health is looking to add a new executive to its team.

The system is seeking its inaugural senior vice president of talent, learning and capabilities, according to a Nov. 13 LinkedIn post. In this role, the leader will “drive prevision and innovation in advanced talent management strategy,” and can work remotely. 

“The Senior Vice President, Talent, Learning & Capabilities is the chief architect in designing, implementing, and leading progressive, comprehensive, talent strategy frameworks that facilitate CommonSpirit Health achieving its business objectives and delivering on the mission across the ministry,” according to the job listing. “While this role is newly designed, people structure alignment and support is at the core of this critical leadership position.”
