1. Seattle-based University of Washington Medicine named Carlos Pellegrini, MD, as CMO, and David Flum, MD, as associate CMO.

2. Melissa Burns, RN, the CNO of Marysville, Calif.-based Rideout Health, was promoted to COO of the system.

3. James “Jim” Wells, BSN, RN, was promoted to CNO of EASTAR Health System in Muskogee, Okla. He was previously the chief quality officer and assistant CNO of the system.

4. Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health named Robert Probe, MD, as executive vice president and CMO.

5. The CMO of Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Memorial Hospital, Patrick Faricy, MD, retired.
