1. Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth
Isaac Sendros, president and CEO of AdventHealth Redmond in Rome, Ga., assumed an expanded role as CEO of AdventHealth Georgia. In addition to his current hospital CEO role, he will also provide oversight to AdventHealth Gordon in Calhoun, Ga., AdventHealth Muray in Chatsworth, Ga., and AdventHealth Medical Group.
2. Metter, Ga.-based Candler County Hospital
Michael Purvis resigned as CEO of Candler County Hospital. Following his departure, the hospital created a COO position, which Marty Ray will fill while also performing CEO duties. The hospital will evaluate its leadership team and conduct a CEO search if needed.
3. Logan, Utah-based Cache Valley Hospital
Kelsie Green, BSN, RN, became CEO and chief nursing officer of HCA Healthcare’s Cache Valley Hospital on Feb. 3. She succeeds Blake Rose, who most recently served as CEO.
4. Cincinnati Children’s
Eric Williams, MD, was named Cincinnati Children’s chief quality officer in February, a role previously shared between two leaders. Steve Muething, MD, will continue as an advisor, and Peter Margolis, MD, will remain a faculty member in the James M. Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence.
5. Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare
Kimberly Guy was appointed COO of BayCare, effective March 30. She previously served as co-COO alongside Lou Galdieri, who will transition to chief administrative officer.
6. Orlando Health
Joe Delatorre, CEO of Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health, was appointed president of a new Orlando Health hospital in Wesley Chapel, Fla., set to open in 2026. He will continue as CEO of the multispeciality group, which Orlando Health added to its network in 2023.
