1. Rush Copley Medical Center’s President and CEO Barry C. Finn will retire Nov. 15.

2. Philip Koovakada, CEO of Nacogdoches, Texas-based NMC Health Network, is resigning for a new job opportunity.

3. Jefferson Community Health & Life in Fairbury, Neb., appointed Victor Lee interim CEO.

4. Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg, Idaho, appointed Paul Lewis as CEO.

5. Rochelle (Ill.) Community Hospital has appointed Gregg Olson CEO, effective in January.
