Jefferson Community Health & Life selects Victor Lee as interim CEO

Jefferson Community Health & Life in Fairbury, Neb., has appointed Victor Lee interim CEO.

Mr. Lee assumed the role Nov. 18, prior to which he worked in client relations with Pathway Design Group of Kearney, a human resource consulting firm. He is the former CEO of Boone County Health Center in Albion, Neb., and Community Medical Center in Falls City, Neb.

Mr. Lee succeeds Chad Jurgens, who resigned after serving as CEO of the organization for six years.

Jefferson Community Health & Life includes a 17-bed, acute care critical access hospital, family medicine clinics, long-term care services, a fitness center and home health services.
