5 new health system CIO appointments

Tim Pugsley has been named CIO of Watertown, S.D.-based Prairie Lakes Healthcare System.
Tim Belec was named CIO of Fairfield, Iowa-based Jefferson County Health Center.
David Singer was named CIO of New Orleans-based LCMC Health.
Julie Eastman was named CIO of Orange, Calif.-based UCI Health.
Sarah Hatchett was named interim CIO of Cleveland Clinic.
