The following hospital and health system executive moves occurred within the past week, beginning with the most recent.

1. Radnor, Pa.-based Jefferson Health System’s president and CEO, Joseph T. Sebastianelli, announced that he will leave at the end of the year.

2. Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, N.M., announced that Jason Adams has been named its COO.

3. Wentz Miller, managing director and CFO of Integris Health in Oklahoma City, will retire from his position, effective Feb. 6, 2014.

4. Lafayette (La.) General Medical Center announced leadership changes as part of the creation of an official health system, Lafayette General Health.

5. Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Health System announced that James H. Strong has been appointed as its interim CFO.

6. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Memorial Health Care System announced the appointments of James M. Hobson as CEO of the health system, Debra L. Moore as president of Memorial Hospital Hixson (Tenn.) and Ricky D. Napper as president of Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga.

7. Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, Wash., announced that its president and CEO, Craig Hendrickson, will soon retire.

8. The McCready Foundation in Crisfield, Md., named Joy Strand CEO.

9. Cleveland Clinic announced eight leadership changes in several of its community hospitals and its Regional Executive Administration, which oversees its eight regional hospitals in Ohio. 

10. Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health announced the appointments of Dawn Rudolph as chief experience officer and Bernie Sherry as president and CEO of Nashville inpatient operations at the health system.

11. Springdale, Ariz.-based Northwest Health System named Pamela Hill CFO.

12. Lander (Wyo.) Regional Hospital and Riverton (Wyo.) Memorial Hospital named Stephen M. Erixon permanent CEO of both hospitals.

13. St. Anthony Summit Medical Center in Frisco, Colo. named Mary Henrickson CNO,
COO and vice president of patient care services.

14. Fargo, N.D.-based Sanford Health announced the appointments of Dan Olson as president and Joy Johnson as COO of the Sanford Bemidji region, which includes Sanford Bemidji (Minn.) Clinics and the Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.

15. JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio, Calif., appointed Gary Honts as its permanent CEO.

16. Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, Calif., announced that Cyndy Gordon, RN, has been named its new CEO, effective in September.

17. Regional Hospital of Jackson (Tenn.) named Charles Miller CEO.

18. Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah, La., announced that its board has voted to reinstate CEO Scott Barrilleaux after having placed him on administrative leave for more than a month.

19. Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, Mo., announced that Susan M. Stiles, RN, has been appointed as its president and CEO.

20. Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital appointed Sonya Zeller as its vice president, COO and CNO.

21. Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock named Marcy Doderer president and CEO.

22. Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, N.M., announced that its CFO, Craig Stewart, will resign, effective Oct. 2.

23. Portsmouth (N.H.) Regional Hospital, a part of Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America, named Joshua W. Morris CFO. 

24. Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast appointed Ken Mattison, the former CEO of Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares, as its CEO.
