1. Mark Bernard, CEO of St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, will leave his position to take a job at another organization.

2. Joel Keiper was named regional chief business development officer of Detroit Medical Center, effective July 25.

3. Raleigh, N.C.-based UNC Rex Healthcare named Andrew Zukowski CFO, effective Aug. 22.

4. Beaufort (S.C.) Memorial Hospital named Edmond Russell Baxley III president and CEO, effective Sept. 12.

5. Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, part of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System, named Ryan Willis CFO.

6. Nicki Will, CEO of Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West, Fla., resigned.

7. Friend (Neb.) Community Healthcare System selected Chad Thompson as CEO.

8. Trent Crable, CEO of Duke LifePoint's UP Health System - Marquette (Mich.), will resign, effective July 29.

9. John Solheim, CEO of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, Minn., will resign, effective Oct. 14.

10. Newton (Mass.)-Wellesley Hospital named Michael R. Jaff, DO, president.

11. La Crosse, Wis.-based Gundersen Health System named Rose Ann Laureto CIO.

12. Bend, Ore.-based St. Charles Health System hired Jeremiah Brickhouse as CIO.

13. Massillon, Ohio-based Affinity Medical Center named Michael Holt CFO.

14. Journey Health System, a behavioral health system in Bradford, Pa., named Craig Moffatt CFO.

15. Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Services of Long Island appointed Daniel J. DeBarba Jr. executive vice president and CFO.

16. Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based Commonwealth Health named Denis Tucker CIO.

17. Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, N.Y., named Eilish C. Hourihan, BSN, RN, vice president of patient care services and CNO.
