At Affinity, Mr. Holt will provide strategic leadership and financial oversight to the hospital and its employed physicians.
Mr. Holt joins Affinity from Wilkes-Barre (Pa.) General Hospital where he served as assistant CFO, according to the report.
He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in accounting from Strayer University.
