Friend Community Healthcare System selects new CEO

Friend (Neb.) Community Healthcare System has named Chad Thompson as the new CEO.

FCHS, which consists of Warren Memorial Hospital and Zimmer Medical Clinic, both in Friend, said Mr. Thompson began his healthcare career in respiratory therapy and has extensive knowledge in both clinical and operational settings.

Prior to taking his new role, Mr. Thompson was CEO of Regional West Garden County in Oshkosh, Neb.
