Newton-Wellesley Hospital taps new leader: 3 things to know

Newton (Mass.)-Wellesley Hospital has named Michael R. Jaff, DO, as president, The Boston Globe reports.

Here are three things to know about Dr. Jaff.

1. He will take over his new role this fall.

2. He will succeed interim president Ellen Moloney, who took the job last November after Kerry R. Watson stepped down, according to the report.

3. He is currently the medical director of the Fireman Vascular Center, founder and medical director of the Vascular Ultrasound Core Laboratory and medical director of the Center for Specialized Services at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital.
