4. V. Richard Stelzer Jr., FACHE, will retire from his position as CEO of Montour Falls, N.Y.-based Schuyler Hospital on June 30.
5. Timothy Maurice was named CFO of UC Davis Health System in Sacramento, Calif., effective March 28.
6. Roland Knox was named CEO of Northern Cochise Community Hospital in Willcox, Ariz., effective April 4.
7. Bob Riney was promoted from executive vice president and COO to president and COO of Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. Additional Henry Ford promotions included Mark Kelley, MD, who was promoted to CMO of HFHS while retaining his positions as executive vice president of HFHS and CEO of Henry Ford Medical Group.
8. Carl Armato was promoted from executive vice president, the position he held for the past three years, to senior executive vice president and COO of Novant Health in Winston-Salem, N.C.

11. David Morales, Commissioner of Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance and Policy, resigned March 7 to begin a new role at Boston-based Steward Health Care System.
12. Lloyd Ford Jr. was named CEO of Gadsden, Ala.’s Riverview Regional Medical Center effective March 1.
13. K. Bobbi Carbone, MD, MBA, resigned from her position as COO of Royal Oak, Mich.’s William Beaumont Hospital after less than nine months.
14. David M. Sessions, FACHE, was named president and CEO of Pontiac-based Doctors’ Hospital of Michigan effective Feb. 28.
