Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following latest hospital and health system executive resignations. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Davenport, Iowa-based Genesis Health System Chief Marketing Officer Ken Croken is leaving his post, effective Dec. 31.

2. Kenneth Feiler, longtime CEO of Rose Medical Center in Denver, stepped down.

3. Rich Mutarelli, CEO of Heart of Florida Health Center in Ocala, is resigned, effective Nov. 1.

4. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's longtime leader Trevor Fetter stepped down from his role as CEO and resigned as a director of the company.

5. Pueblo, Colo.-based St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center CEO Brian Moore is resigning, effective Nov. 10.

6. Juanita Deskins, COO of Pikeville (Ky.) Medical Center, resigned in October.

7. Mark Crawford, CEO of Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, resigned.

8. Missoula-based Western Montana Mental Health Center CEO Jodi Daly resigned to take on a new job opportunity.

9. Shreveport, La.-based Willis-Knighton Health System COO Charles Daigle tendered his resignation.

10. Valparaiso, Ind.-based Porter Health Care System CEO Steve Lunn is resigning to take a new job opportunity, effective Nov. 10.
