Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System tapped Jeff Villanueva to serve as senior vice president and administrator of Florida Hospital East Orlando and Sheila Rankin as senior vice president and administrator of Florida Hospital Kissimmee, effective Dec. 1.

1. Mr. Villanueva is the senior vice president and administrator of Florida Hospital Kissimmee.
2. Previously, he was COO of Metroplex Adventist Hospital in Killeen, Texas.
3. He holds a master's degree in health administration from Loma Linda (Calif.) University.
4. Ms. Rankin is currently vice president of operations at Florida Hospital Kissimmee.
5. She has worked at Orlando-based Florida Hospital for 11 years, serving in a number of financial management positions.
