Kettering Medical Center names Terry Burns president: 5 things to know

Kettering (Ohio) Medical Center tapped Terry Burns to serve as president, according to a Dayton Business Journal report.

Here are five things to know:

1. Most recently, Mr. Burns served as CFO of the medical center, a role he has held since 2015.

2. He has also served as executive vice president of Dayton, Ohio-based Kettering Health Network, the hospital’s parent, since 2015.

3. He has served in managerial roles at Kettering Health Network since 2001.

4. He succeeds Jarrod McNaughton as hospital president.

5. Mr. McNaughton is leaving the position “for personal reasons,” according to the report.
