Mr. Bush will work with Innovaccer’s leadership to advance technology adoption and perfect cloud integration of healthcare data. He has experience in cloud-based services, revenue cycle management, population health management and care coordination.

Mr. Bush co-founded Athenahealth in 1997 and grew it into a business that served thousands of providers during his tenure as CEO. He resigned from the company in 2018.
“I’m excited to be part of the Innovaccer team,” Mr. Bush said. “While I was proud of athenahealth’s cloud-based technology, I’m thrilled to now be working with technology and architecture that is brand new. It’s amazing the difference two decades make in technology.”
In September 2019, Mr. Bush joined Firefly Health as executive chairman.
