TigerText operates much like a normal text messaging feature, and it offers added accountability, as message-senders know when the message has been read by the receiving party, according to the report.
“Text messaging is a perfectly normal form of communication,” said Michael Docktor, MD, director of clinical mobile solutions, in the report. “It is very much in our workflow.”
