The following hospital and health system credit rating and outlook changes or affirmations occurred in the last week:

1. S&P assigns 'A' rating to Henry Ford Health System

S&P Global Ratings has assigned an "A" long-term rating to Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System.

2. Fitch affirms 'AA' rating for Stanford Health Care

Fitch Ratings assigned an "AA-" issuer default rating to Palo Alto, Calif.-based Stanford Health Care.

3. Moody's downgrades Milford Regional Medical Center rating to 'Ba2'

Moody's Investors Service has downgraded its rating for Milford (Mass.) Regional Medical Center from "Ba1" to "Ba2," affecting $102 million of rated debt.

4. Moody's assigns 'Baa1' rating to Catholic Health Systems

Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Baa1" rating to Rockville, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Systems, affecting $104 million of debt.

5. S&P revises outlook for Jennie Stuart Medical Center to stable

S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook for Hopkinsville, Ky.-based Jennie Stuart Medical Center from negative to stable.

6. Moody's affirms 'A3' rating for Health Care Authority for Baptist Health

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "A3" rating for the Mongtomery, Ala.-based Health Care Authority for Baptist Health, affecting $286 million of outstanding revenue bonds.

7. Fitch upgrades South Lake Hospital rating to 'AA-'

Fitch Ratings has upgraded its rating for Clermont, Fla.-based South Lake Hospital from "A-" to "AA-" and assigned an issuer default rating of "AA-."

8. Fitch affirms 'AA+' rating for Nemours Foundation

Fitch Ratings assigned an "AA+" issuer default rating to Jacksonville, Fla.-based Nemours Foundation and affirmed its "AA+" revenue bond rating.

9. Fitch affirms 'AA-' issuer default rating for Oregon Health and Sciences University

Fitch Ratings affirmed its "AA-" issuer default rating for Portland-based Oregon Health and Sciences University.

10. S&P revises outlook to stable for North Broward Hospital District

S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook for North Broward (Fla.) Hospital District, which does business as Broward Health, from negative to stable.

11. Moody's affirms 'Baa1' rating for Terrebonne General Medical Center

Moody's Investorn s Service affirmed its "Baa1" rating for Houma, La.-based Terrebonne General Medical Center, affecting $37 million of outstanding revenue bonds.
