Moody's assigns 'Baa1' rating to Catholic Health Systems

 

Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Baa1" rating to Rockville, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Systems, affecting $104 million of debt.

The rating reflects the system's leading market position, supported by a broad regional footprint and close alignment with a large physician group.

The rating outlook has been revised from negative to stable.
