Fitch upgrades South Lake Hospital rating to ‘AA-‘

 
Fitch Ratings has upgraded its rating for Clermont, Fla.-based South Lake Hospital from “A-” to “AA-” and assigned an issuer default rating of “AA-.”

The upgrade is supported by the hospital’s strong and improving operating performance due to its partnership with Orlando Health and the clinical and operational efficiencies that have come from that relationship.

The rating outlook is stable.
