S&P assigns 'A' rating to Henry Ford Health System

 

S&P Global Ratings has assigned an "A" long-term rating to Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System.

The rating reflects the system's improved financial profile, though it has an ambitious multiyear capital strategy and several sizable capital projects in development.

The rating outlook is stable.
