Mechanicsburg, Penn.-based UPMC Pinnacle West Shore is closing its emergency room entrance to make way for construction that will add two stories to the hospital, according to PennLive.com.
The five-story hospital has 102 beds, and the expansion will add 58.
Construction is expected to be finished by the fall of 2020.
