Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare plans to open two more urgent care centers in Illinois by this spring, according to The News-Gazette.
OSF already operates two urgent care centers named "Urgo" in Champaign, Ill., and the next two will be in Urbana, Ill., and Danville, Ill., where OSF bought hospitals from Chicago-based Presence Health in February 2018.
"I think [OSF] brought a couple of different things to the community overall. One is a sense of optimism and change to the community that there will be a different option, another option, for healthcare," said Jared Rogers, MD, president of OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center in Urbana.
